The Parker NitroFlow 60 NA Nitrogen Generator is a reliable and efficient solution for generating high-purity nitrogen gas on-demand. The generator uses pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology to separate nitrogen gas from compressed air. The PSA process involves two towers filled with carbon molecular sieve (CMS) adsorbent. The compressed air is passed through one of the towers, where oxygen, moisture, and other impurities are adsorbed by the CMS. The resulting purified nitrogen gas is then released from the other tower.

The NitroFlow 60 NA has a flow rate of up to 60 standard cubic feet per hour (SCFH) and can produce nitrogen with a purity level of up to 99.9995%. The generator is designed for continuous operation and features a compact and modular design, making it easy to install and integrate into existing systems.

The NitroFlow 60 NA also includes a number of advanced features to ensure reliable and efficient operation. These features include a touchscreen interface for easy operation and monitoring, automatic purity control, and integrated oxygen and moisture analyzers to ensure the nitrogen gas meets the required specifications.
